Our first child was born in 2005 and 22 months later, we were blessed with twins.  So began our journey into a whole new world:  prenatal classes, nappy brands, baby food, clothes, routines …. and FURNITURE!

We searched long and hard for furniture for our nursery. This prompted us to create our own range of classic, quality children’s furniture at affordable prices.  And so “The Room” was born.  Since then we have grown to offer customers a complete range of furniture for their growing families.

• we hand paint our furniture using lead-free paints

• although located in Stellenbosch, national deliveries are arranged with ease
